The Binghamton - El Charcón Sister City Project Mission Statement: The Binghamton - El Charcón Sister City Project works with CRIPDES, a Salvadoran grassroots organization, to offer political, educational and financial support to rural communities in El Salvador. As part of a national network of US - El Salvador Sister Cities and the broader movement for social and economic justice, we work to enable people to improve their lives.
